1.How do I check the progress of my courier?

Go to “My Orders” to check the logistics information. You can also check the delivery progress at the official logistics website according to the shipment number attached
to the order.

2.What is the delivery time?

Under normal circumstances, customers will receive the goods within 3-5 days from the date of order (not in remote areas). In case of bad weather or delayed delivery,the courier company will endeavour to deliver the goods as soon as possible.

3.What should I be aware of when signing for goods?

After the courier delivers the goods, users can open the courier package to check the goods for confirmation (the colour box package cannot be opened).

Please try to contact the relevant person at the delivery address to retrieve the goods. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will endeavour to assist you in contacting thecourier to verify the situation and if necessary, we will seek police assistance to minimise your loss.
